Scope of Project:
Managed all aspects of Baan domestic and international corporate trade show activity from April 1997 through December 1998 including:

  • All demo recruitment
  • Staffing of booth including third party partner participation
  • All event logistics and on-site supervision
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Tradeshow messaging
  • Booth contests and giveaways
  • Design and production of graphics
During this time period On The Spot managed 30+ shows for Baan, including:

 

  • Baan World UG
  • ASPICS
  • Comdex
  • Oracle Open World
  • HP World
  • SoftEx
  • AFSM

 

 
This photograph shows the new modular properties designed for Baan in 1998. The properties were very versatile, configurable from a 10' x 10' up to a 50' x 60'.
