SmartForce Direct
Mail Program

Our client, SmartForce, came to us with two direct mail projects. They needed an invitation for two seminars. We developed several concepts for them to choose from, then, rather than create to different invites, we leveraged the concept for both events. This enabled OTS to create two distinct invitations and save our client considerable design fees.

 

The first direct mail was dropped to 70K targets. The second mailer was dropped to 80K.

    • Key Coding

 

 

Because the lists were new to SmartForce, we developed a key coded tracking system. This allowed SmartForce to track and understand the viability of their new lists. SmartForce has since used the lists for several other projects.
